  • How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

    You will recieve a confirmation email. Haven’t received an email? Check your spam!

  • How long will it take to get my package?

    We ship with bpost, they collect packages once a week.
    Producing your order takes up to 7 working days before they get shipped, this because they are made to order!

    Delivery time:
    BELGIUM: 2 DAYS
    EUROPE (CENTRAL): 3-5 DAYS
    EUROPE (EAST): 4-6 DAYS
    USA: 5-7 DAYS
    REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 DAYS

  • Can I track my order?

    Currently not, we doing our best to integrate this into our site!

  • What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

    There can be a slight delay on the delivery so please don’t worry too quickly.
    However when your order is way too late, you can send an email to info@flaneurclothing.be

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we only send to Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Cyprus, Bulgaria and the UK.
    More countries are avalaible by sending us an email!

  • Shipping costs and free shipping?

    Shipping costs are:
    – Belgium €4,84 (free shipping over €80)
    – The Netherlands €12 (free shipping over €120)
    – France €12 (free shipping over €120)
    – The UK €12 (free shipping over €120)
    – Luxemburg €12 (free shipping over €120)
    – Germany €12 (free shipping over €120)
    – Cyprus €32.80 (free shipping over €300)
    – Bulgaria €32.80 (free shipping over €300)

    Yes, we work by means of personal accounts in order to help our clients in the most efficient way.

  • What’s your delivery time?

    As you know, we work by a simple philosophy called made to order. This means we start the production of your items after you order them. As a sustainable brand, we want to minimalize our ecological footprint by reducing our waste. Orders are made within 7 to 10 working days (except weekends and public Belgian holidays) before getting shipped.

    We hope you’re also aware of what we’re trying to achieve and don’t blame us by working towards a more sustainable clothing industry.

  • My order is damaged, what do I do?

    Please send an email to info@flaneurclothing.be with some photos of the problem. Contact us right away and we will offer you a good solution.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    If this is the case, you can send us an email: info@flaneurclothing.be

  • I forgot to use my discount code, what do I do? 

    When your order is finished it’s not possible to use your discount code for that order. However, your code will stay valid and you can use it for the next one.

  • How can I return a product?

    We give our clients 14 days return rights and you’ll get your money back in two weeks. Returning is possible, on your own costs.

    NOTE: Customized products are made upon personal request, they will neither be taken back nor refunded.
    We therefore advise you to take the necessary time when choosing your article and message.

  • In wich stores is FLÂNEUR available?

    FLÂNEUR is an online concept. We do however work pop-up and concept stores in Belgium.
